About me


Hi! I am Ying,

half Thai and half Chinese. I was born in Bangkok, but grew up in the largest, most beautiful and culturally significant city in Northern Thailand, called Chiang Mai. I graduated in Business Management, BBA degree from Payap University.

Cooking has always been my passion. When I was little, I love to watch my mother’s cooking and she always encouraged me to observe all the dishes when we either dined in or dine out, to see what ingredients was used in each of the dishes and to guess from the taste what chef had put in. We had fun discussing about the food and nutrients over the dining table! (lol)

I believe that Thai food is all about cooking from heart and I would love more than anything to pass on my passion and enthusiasm to others – to get people in the kitchen cooking Thai food and enjoy learning the art that is Thai cooking.
